Delivery Times

We endeavour to keep high stock levels on all items at all times such that we are able to despatch over 95% of all orders within 24 hours and often same day. The only exception to this is the 'Shirley of Hollywood' range under the 'Luxury Lingerie' section, this range we do not keep in stock and is bought in to order. Typically this takes 2-3 weeks but it is an exceptional range and well worth the wait.

If an item goes out of stock then generally we are able to restock within 1-2 days and most orders are not greatly delayed. In the event of a long manufacturing delay occurring, we will contact you and let you know and you will have the option to cancel, wait or choose an alternative. For this reason we highly recommend that you leave us either an email address or telephone number when placing your order.

If you have ordered several items and one or more is out of stock then we will ship the stock items immediately and the other items when they come in. We do not charge any additional postage and packing, this is all part of the service. We will indicate on the shipping documents that this is the case and give you an indication of what the delay is likely to be.

If you have ordered something and time is of the essence for it then please Email Julie and let her know when you need your order by and we will do our best to meet your requirements. Please quote your order reference no. and the delivery name and address.

And of course all deliveries come in discreet packaging with no obvious evidence of what is inside.
